The Memorial Bridge is the span across the Piscataqua River that connects low income service workers living in Maine, to their Portsmouth jobs. Word is the bridge will open in 3 weeks. But so far I have seen no work having started on repairs. I'm sure it involves going to the DOT and allocating funds, declaring a call for bids, accepting a bid.. yadda dadda ding dong.
